Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a proof?
Absolutely! Complimentary proofs will be sent via Etsy Message after your order is received. You will have 2 business days (M-F) to approve or request changes.
Orders with no communication during this period will be sent to press as-ordered to ensure shipment in a timely manner.
Which order should the monogram initials be in?
Monogram with large center initial: Please provide in aBc format to avoid confusion.
The initial for the last name should be in the center, with first and middle initials to the left and right. For a couple, the last name initial should be in the center, flanked by each spouse's first initials.
Monogram with same-size initials: letters should be in "first, middle, last" order. Please provide in ABC format.
If you're still not sure, please send the full name(s) & we'll put everything in the correct order when we typeset your proof.
When will my order ship?
Turnaround time for printing is 2-3 business days (M-F) after proof approval, plus transit time.
Please allow extra time for printing & delivery during the busy holiday months (mid-November through December).
Where can I view your lettering styles & ink colors?
Lettering & ink color charts are shown in the photos section on each item page.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Complimentary electronic proofs are included with every personalized order, and unlimited changes may be made during the proofing process to ensure you are happy with the design and the personalization is correct.
"Blank" unpersonalized items are also printed to order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt, and include photos of the damaged item & packaging. We will gladly reprint & ship a new item.
